COCONUT- MANGO CHUTNEY/KOBBARIKAYA MAMIDIKAYA PACHADI

Kobbari Kaya Thurumu n Mamidi Kaya Thurumu Pachhadi:
Materials Reqd:
Kobbari Thurumu(Grated Coconut)1 cup
Mamidi kaya Thurumu(Grated Mango)1/2 to 3/4 of a cup
Salt to taste
Seasoning:
Oil 2 spoons
Mustard seeds 1 spoon
Fenugrik(menthulu)half spoon or one fourth of a spoon
Red chillies 2 nos
Green chillies 5 to 6 nos(you may add 1 to 2 more if u require it hot n tasty)
Hing a pinch
Garnishing:
half spoon Mustard seeds
Curry leaves a few Oil half spoon
Method:
Grind the seasoning prepared first(Place a kadai on the stove.After adding Oil,after it is heated ,add one by one seasoning items after spluttering remove from fire)along with Mamidi thurumu and Kobbari thurumu,then add salt to taste.Remove from Mixie,and garnish with seasoning prepared.Very tasty with Rice.You can increase or decrease the amount of Grated Mango as per your taste.
