RELIEF FROM BACK PAIN

TO  GET RELIEF FROM BACK PAIN
Every human or atleast 80% of people ,in a stage of Life suffer fronm Back Pain , especially the Ladies.Though there are many causes , mainly it is due to Stress ,Strain,Physical labour,and Lack of Rest.Disc problems, or Blockage of Blood Veins in the Lower Spine may be a cause.

Some Tips to lessen the Back pain:
1.Take proper Bed Rest,and do Mild and Light Exercises.Avoid Physical Labour.
2.Foods that contain Fats and Cholestrol should be avoided.
3.Boiled Vegetables should be taken.
4.Avoid Frys and Spicy foods.
5.Fruits and Fruit Juices are to be taken regularly.
6.Daily increase the intake of Garlic and Ginger.
7.Foods which have more Carbs  like Rice and Aloo should be eaten limitedly.
These are some of the remedies i collected from my friends (who are doctors) and some from News papers.
